The 19 HUBs reflect substantial corpus growth (45 → 47 sources / 46 → 48 extraction notes) and the increased weight of cross-source convergent material from the SA-2006 + M-C 2026 ingests. Side-finding from organismal-institution cite-back: the existing page referenced a claim slug institution-as-form-generating-logic-of-life that does not exist in claims.md. This is a dead claim-reference, distinct from a candidate-status claim awaiting promotion — the entry was apparently never created. The reference has been removed; the substantive content (MP's extension of Stiftung to organic life as recognition of single form-generating logic) is implicit in the active live claims mp-teleology-non-naturalizable and anticipation-retroaction-as-temporal-signature-of-life. Surfaced for user awareness; no further action taken within cite-back scope. A future audit Phase 8 may consider whether a distinct synthetic claim is warranted, or whether the existing live claims fully cover the territory.

Frontmatter updated bumps: 9 pages bumped to 2026-05-07 (those whose updated was earlier; institution, indirect-ontology, chiasm, stiftung were already at 2026-05-07 from earlier same-day work). Per CLAUDE.md General Rule 3, cite-back is substantive (it adds synthetic-layer claim references whose status framing affects how the page is read) — the bump tracks intellectual freshness, not clerical timestamp.
