The 1955 Institution course's formulation "Nouveauté de cette conception [l'institution], donc, à l'égard d'une philosophie de l'histoire fondée sur conscience (Hegel)" (raw Inédits II 572, printed p. 35, in Dalissier's introduction; English at I&P raw 592) is the retrospective MP judgment on his own PPH project: institution as a Stiftung corrects what PPH could only formulate as individu de classe + logique de fait. The 1947–48 PPH formulation is the marxist-register predecessor of the Husserlianized 1954–55 institution.

Counterpressure / Limits
Dalissier's Stiftung-absence report presses on Payoff #1 (added 2026-08-18, from the calibration evidence-chain finding): at raw 580 (printed p. 35) Dalissier writes that institution (Stiftung) is the notion MP «ne parle pas dans Les Problèmes de la Philosophie de l'histoire» — no Evidence bullet asserts otherwise, and the Claim itself casts institution-as-Stiftung as what corrects PPH, but the report cuts against Payoff #1's stronger post-hoc-rationalization reading of the Stiftung tradition.
The structural identity is real but not absolute: institution is broader (extending to art history, science, biology, animal behavior) where the individu de classe is narrower (focused on the political-economic). The Mexico III conferences (March 1949) are the structural pivot — but the actual terminological shift from individu de classe to institution may not occur until 1953 (the Sensible World and the World of Expression course) or even 1954–55 (the Institution course itself). The 1949 NY Pensée politique still uses the marxist register; the 1953 SWE course already uses the Husserlian Stiftung register; the 1954–55 Institution course is the systematic articulation. The intermediate years 1950–53 are the philological gap that this claim cannot bridge from PPH alone.

If accepted, the claim establishes that MP's signature 1954–55 concept of institution is not a Husserl-derived ontological innovation but a renamed and generalized marxist-register concept that MP first worked out in 1947–48.
