The 2026-05-16 PbP ingest verifies the direct primary anchors: PbP [107]–[110] dedicates Lesson 10 to Vinteuil; PbP [110] gives the cardinal formula "La musique est «idées» en tant qu'elle est communication de prise sur l'univers, sur l'être"; PbP [113] establishes "des sortes d'idées, d'essences alogiques non traduisibles dans les termes des idées de l'intelligence"; the PbP table of contents names the cluster "Vinteuil, l'idée, l'universel sans concept, l'essence alogique, l'objectivité par l'individu" (p. 107).   • PbP is a lecture-course note set, not a polished published text. V&I is the polished philosophical articulation. A counter-reading would say: lecture notes are preparatory; polished texts are primary. On this counter-reading, PbP is at best a source for V&I, not a primary anchor in its own right. The counter-reading is methodologically defensible but ignores that MP himself ratified the PbP analyses in V&I — making them both primary in different registers (PbP for genesis, V&I for ratification).
