Counterpressure / Limits

  • Deleuze is not in raw/. The Deleuze-side anchoring depends on a future Logique du sens ingest; until then, the four-author convergence is supported by three anchors (Carbone, MP, Saint Aubert).

Same word "surface," opposite structural relation: a false-friend reading, not a convergence. 3. The corpus frames MP↔Deleuze as rivalry, and the one bridge is admittedly the scholar's own. So the shared enemy the claim posits ("post-Platonic demotion to mere appearance") is not his. 5. The present register has less than that: no secondary source documents it cross-author. 6. The artifact the claim cites as naming the register does not name it. Evidence bullet 6 says wiki/motifs.md "names the cross-author register"; Evidence bullet 5 says Deleuze is "cited at motifs.md line 778+ as cross-tradition"; Payoff calls it "the motifs.md HUB entry." Bullet 2 concedes only an anchor-count shortfall while the Claim field keeps asserting Deleuze's membership. Bullet 3 concedes the Platonist reversal "may be a wiki-side reading" and then mis-describes the evidence base in the claim's own favour ("Carbone explicitly names it; MP does not" — but sensible-ideas cites MP naming Plato directly: "One says Platonism, but these ideas have no intelligible sun," NC 194, and PbP [109(10)] "comme chez Platon"), which shows the restatement test has not actually been run against this rival. Bullet 4 is about overlap with a different claim. Additionally, the entry's own Status History sets the release condition — "held at candidate awaiting Deleuze ingest or independent secondary-source articulation of the cross-author register" — and neither has occurred (Logique du sens is still not in raw/; Updated: is still 2026-05-24). And because Logique du sens is absent from raw/, the Deleuze leg cannot be adjudicated against the text at all: that unresolved doubt is itself a default-deny objection.
