Weave Survey (Pass 1) — cross-tradition follow-up to audit v1.9 (2026-06-23)

Scope: focused, not a full corpus connection-graph survey. This run discharges the audit v1.9 Phase-8 cousin-disposition table (the 4 relation-only cross-tradition cousins) and iso-scans the cross-tradition HUB pairs. Pass 1 below surveys only the cross-tradition seam; Passes 2 (orphan-HUB stubs) and 4 (back-references) are not run (no orphan HUBs introduced; the cross-tradition concept pages already carry ## Motif Weight & Corpus Recurrence where HUB-weight). Pass 3 output: weave-pass3-2026-06-23.md.

- No orphan HUBs introduced by this run; the cross-tradition pairs are all between existing concept pages. Pass 2 (stub creation) not triggered.
- Two ad-hoc relation labels on the relocation targets (
