Wiki Next-Actions Queue

Deprecated as a living queue (2026-06-26). The authoritative next-work source is now root NEXT.md and the maintenance workflow is .claude/skills/ops-ledger/SKILL.md. This file is preserved as historical consolidation evidence only. Do not append new work here.

This file is a navigational queue, not a fresh audit. It consolidates the open items across existing .audit/ reports so a maintainer can find what is next without rereading every report. Each row cites the source artifact it consolidates from. This file is never authoritative over the source reports it consolidates; if a row and its source artifact disagree, the source artifact wins.

Maintenance rule. When a row's done-when condition lands, mark the row done and append a one-line resolution in-row (or strike through). Do not delete completed rows for at least one full audit cycle — the queue's job is to prevent items from being silently lost. Add new rows freely; cite the source artifact at creation time.

Operational metadata. Per CLAUDE.md .audit/ exemption: no frontmatter, no updated field, not counted in wiki/index.md page totals.
