Claim

MP's anti-reductive method — the recurring move against mechanistic-reductive accounts in life-theory (against Lamarckism / Darwinism), in emotion-theory (against Cartesian-Spinozist mechanism), in knowledge-theory (against criteria-search), and in moral-theory (against utilitarianism) — has a 1935 origin in MP's Scheler review ("Christianity and Ressentiment").
