This is a single-card Pass 3 emission that converts Scan F's deferred apply-mode suggestions (wiki/.audit/weave-pass3-2026-05-18-followup/scan-F-eternal-recurrence-absolute-knowing.md, verdict: Latent-Adjacent) into a bridge card at Status: proposed. The card is staged here for processing through the bridge-card-signoff workflow per v0d.9 §12e Latent-Adjacent carve-out.

Motivation

Scan F (2026-05-18) recorded the first non-MP-mediated Latent-Adjacent verdict and the fourth confirmed Latent-Adjacent instance overall (after Card 1 aletheia ↔ dehiscence, Scan C unvordenklich ↔ incorporation-of-truth, Scan D barbarian-principle ↔ wild-being). The scan jointly discharged next-actions row 33's done-when condition (generalizability limit) and row 38's done-when condition (organic fourth instance). The scan was deferred from doing apply-mode writes per v0d.9 §12e carve-out — apply-mode writes for Latent-Adjacent verdicts pass through the bridge-card-signoff workflow.

This Pass 3 emission packages the three apply-mode suggestions Scan F recorded (two Open Questions caution upgrades + two *has cross-tradition cousin* typed-connection additions; optional motifs.md BRIDGE entry deferred) into the v0d.7+v0d.9 bridge-card format for the sign-off workflow at wiki/.audit/bridge-card-signoff/run-4/.

Relationship to prior Pass 3 reports

This emission is derivative of an already-conducted weave Pass 3 structural-isomorphism scan (Scan F). The scan itself, its triple, its axis-by-axis comparison, its veto check, and its auto-identification clause stress-test are at wiki/.audit/weave-pass3-2026-05-18-followup/scan-F-eternal-recurrence-absolute-knowing.md. This file re-routes that scan's deferred apply-as suggestions through the bridge-card format so the sign-off SKILL can adjudicate them.

Counterpressure: The strongest objection to this bridge is that Heidegger 1961 (*Nietzsche I*) and Heidegger 1964 (*End of Philosophy*) jointly read both eternal recurrence and absolute knowing as *Vollendung der Metaphysik* — a cross-text auto-identification by a single later author. This is a stronger auto-identification stress condition than Scan D's MP-on-barbarian-principle (which involved a single working note from MP) because it operates *across two distinct Heidegger texts* on each side. The auto-identification is structurally LARGER than what Scans C and D exhibited.

Per v0d.9 condition (5): the verdict survives if the identification operates at the *naming-level* rather than at the *apparatus-merge level*. Scan F established that Heidegger's *Vollendung*-bracketing is *Heidegger's* third-register placement (importing both Nietzsche and Hegel under his own *Seinsgeschichte* apparatus into the structure of "the completion of metaphysics"), not a shared cross-tradition apparatus that would merge *Geist*'s recollective closure with eternal recurrence's asymptotic non-closure. Chouraqui (2014) explicitly rejects Heidegger's *Vollendung*-reading of Nietzsche; the closed reading of Hegel's absolute knowing is itself contested (Pinkard 1994 reads §808 as completion-as-self-justifying-rationality, not as systematic-vollendung). A second residual objection: the saturated cross-tradition secondary literature on eternal recurrence specifically *as a response to Hegelian dialectical recollection* (Deleuze 1962 reads recurrence as the *selective principle* eliminating dialectical negation; Klossowski 1969 reads it as the *vicious circle* dissolving identity in difference; Vattimo 1974 reads it as the *non-foundation* against Hegelian *Begründung*) has interpretively defined the relation as *opposition*, not *cousinhood*. The Latent-Adjacent verdict's apply-mode authorization scoping is calibrated to be defensible AGAINST these positions: it claims the structural-cousinhood relation IS recorded (because the formal architecture — *self-return-through-self-othering* — is shared at axis (ii)), but no Iso-grade synthetic claim is asserted that those positions could contest (Deleuze, Klossowski, Vattimo would all reject Iso; the absence of `claims.md` candidate emission means the bridge is not over-claiming relative to their positions). Without these ingests, the Latent-Adjacent verdict is the maximally-warranted verdict at current corpus state.

counter-test (for retraction below Latent-Adjacent toward Disanalogous): if the axis-(ii) cousinhood claim itself fails — i.e. if "self-return-through-self-othering as positive structure" is found to NOT name the same family of operation on the Nietzsche side and the Hegel side — then the bridge retracts to Disanalogous and no apply-mode writes follow.
