Synthetic-layer assembly — comprehensive audit 2026-06-07 (Phase 8)
Harvest: harvest-claim-candidates.py → 104 notes scanned, 226 existing slugs, 57 candidates not in claims.md. Scope this run = the 4-source 2026-06-07 cohort (Husserl/Bergson/Klossowski/Chouraqui) deferred candidates + the 2 intersection pairs (consolidate, do not duplicate). The other ~49 candidates (Hegel/Heidegger/MP-1942/SA/etc.) are out of this run's cohort scope and remain for future Phase-8 runs.
No supported promotions this run — all cohort candidates are first-appearances; supported requires multi-source maturation (per the 13th-run precedent). The contested/cross-source-divergent supported HALT therefore did not fire. The contested science-secrete-stiftung-chiasm was reconciled against (the new Stiftung claim is a different application) but not touched.
Method: claim-promotion-reviewer subagent (Opus, advisory, read-only) per live-eligible candidate — each traced anchors to raw/extraction-note + applied the 3-test gate + checked consolidation/reconciliation. Promotion decisions + all claims.md writes orchestrator-only.

Not performed this run.

Flipped the now-stale "candidate, flag Phase 8" framings for the two promoted-to-live claims + added provisional cite-backs for the 5 live claims on their primary homes. (The 4 new candidates' optional cite-backs deferred — the pages carry no inaccurate framing for them.)

Phase 7 — post-Phase-8 confidence addendum (Step 8.8)
No page-confidence changes. Phase 8 added 5 live + 4 candidate claims (all medium/low at the claim level) and provisional cite-backs; none resolved a page-level representational uncertainty that was holding a confidence: value down. The pages the cite-backs touched were already high (the Stiftung/Bergson/Husserl cluster); mechanism-vitalism/philosophy-of-biology stay medium (the new material is candidate-framed, not settled support). Consistent with the Phase-7-main finding. No 2-step / →speculative moves arose.
Phase 8.6 — retirement / downgrade queue
claim_retirement_queue.py --apply → wiki/.audit/claim-retirement-queue-2026-06-07.md (0 rows). No retire/downgrade/merge/keep-review flagged: the register is young — every live/supported entry dates from 2026-04-27 or later, so none crosses the 90-day staleness threshold; and the gate-defect heuristics (zero-counterpressure / unanchored-evidence / superseded / >0.70 duplicate) found nothing. The per-entry HALT gate did not fire.
