Run framing

Trigger. User-invoked full Phase 8 audit with explicit pre-authorization for any promotions that warrant it: "Do a full phase 8 audit including optional I pre-authorize any promotions that warrant it." Subsequent-run mode. Co-runs not invoked; this run is scoped to Phase 8 plus its companion mechanical work (Step 8.5 cite-back, Step 8.7 reporting, Step 8.8 confidence addendum, Step 8.9 cite-back, close-out).

Operational mode. Claude Code mode under user pre-authorization for supported promotions. The pre-authorization is run-scoped per AUDIT_PLAN.md PF6 framing — supported promotions where the 5-test gate passes proceed automatically; the durable CLAUDE.md §Claim Status Gates rule continues to halt for human review on subsequent runs absent renewed authorization.

This run re-evaluates two for candidate→live promotion (taddio-secret-science-as-gestalt-perception, time-as-late-mp-privileged-ontological-clue) and holds one (cryptic-institution-extends-beith) due to the Paper-A specifying-statement gap.

    • Reviewer: PROMOTE — clean 5-test gate. Test 1 PASS (sharply contestable on two distinct grammatical assertions); Test 2 PASS (V&I raw 2885–2891 verified verbatim, raw 2899–2903 covered in 2026-04-29 targeted raw check); Test 3 PASS (chiasm-vs-Ineinander ambiguity in consequent clause well-articulated); Test 4 PASS (payoff is grammatical-textual, not aggregative; the working note enacts its own articulation through sentence structure); Test 5 PASS (strongest counter-position pre-recorded in Counterpressure §3).
    • Significance: cardinal philological anchor for the Stiftung-chiasm articulation, supporting both the just-promoted kaushik-stiftung-literary-frame and ineinander-universalizes-institution (this morning's promotions).

  3. mp-flesh-not-husserl-leib → supported (medium)

    • Reviewer: PROMOTE — clean 5-test gate. Test 1 PASS (sharp, falsifiable; 500-vs-3 statistic is testable); Test 2 PASS (Saint Aubert 2023 I.2 fn 8 verified verbatim against raw/etre et chair chez Merleau-Ponty.md line 171; cross-corroborated in extraction notes); Test 3 PASS (negative-philological / positive-genealogy split pre-empts the Husserlian rejoinder); Test 4 PASS (re-grounds flesh-as-element and donation-en-chair); Test 5 PASS (strongest Husserlian rejoinder already conceded in Counterpressure §2).
    • Significance: lexical-philological corrective central to the wiki's rebuilt account of MP's chair lexicon.

    • Reviewer: HOLD with Test 5 concerns — the V&I-as-pivot rival sharply weakens the textual-hinge framing; the "voice of no one" passage's primary attestation is V&I 155, not PbP 209. Tests 1–4 PASS.
    • Counterpressure section appended with one-line note documenting the failed test and the path-to-supported (targeted PbP raw-source check OR Kaushik 2021 continuity-vs-pivot adjudication).

  2. language-necessitates-indirect-reduction HOLD at live

    • Reviewer: HOLD with Test 5 concerns — perceptual-faith priority objection is unacknowledged in current Counterpressure. The PoP 1945 preface formulates the indirect-reduction doctrine before PbP 1953–54; if the doctrine is already settled in 1945 on perceptual-faith grounds, then the linguistic case in PbP exemplifies rather than necessitates the indirect form. Tests 1–4 PASS.
    • Counterpressure section appended documenting the failed test and the discharge condition (Counterpressure must explicitly engage the perceptual-faith priority worry).

Test 1 PASS (sharply contestable against dominant flesh/écart/chiasm-centric reception); Test 2 PASS (Morris 2024 anchors verified at extraction-note items 4/24/25/33; IP "time is the model of institution" verified verbatim; V&I particle-physics notes verified at extraction-note line 802; BNF unpublished note correctly framed per Rule 16); Test 3 PASS (four counterpressures including post-γ overlap tracking).

  3. passence-as-mp-presence-of-absence → live (medium) — Reviewer: PROMOTE. The reviewer noted that the prior Status History conflated the 3-test gate (gate-for-live) with the looser uptake-precaution that belongs to supported-grade — single-source dependence is a supported-grade concern, not a live-grade blocker.

  4. dyadic-encounter-presupposes-institution → live (medium) — Reviewer: PROMOTE — clean 3-test gate. M-C 2026 Ch 9 §1–§2 verified at extraction-note lines 1120–1227; PoW "lived solipsism" anchor functions as cross-reference traced through León (acceptable for live; advisory note for any future supported push: targeted PoW raw-source check).

  5. chapsal-1960-public-anchor-for-ontology-of-object-rejection → live (medium) — Reviewer: PROMOTE — clean 3-test gate. Chapsal interview anchored at extraction-note lines 10–15 + 324 + 441 + 619 + 638. Reviewer noted the prior Status History's stricter conditions belong to supported-grade, not to live.

Held at candidate because the gestural-not-linguistic reading and the chronological-overlap with PoW drafting need targeted PoW raw-source check or third-party scholar engagement.

Total new SC sections: 6. Cap discipline: ~10–15 concept-page upgrades; this run: 6 directly tied to claim work, well under cap.

No formal v0d "What the Concept Does / What It Rejects / Stakes / Problem-Space" section additions were performed this run. Most HUB / thesis-central pages already received that treatment in the seventh through tenth Phase 8 runs (2026-05-05 to 2026-05-07); the eleventh run (2026-05-09) added silent-key triage upgrades to coherent-deformation, science-as-coherent-deformation, cultural-world. The remaining v0d-coverage gaps (per AUDIT_PLAN.md v1.5 Step 8.5 backlog) are now substantially in the BRIDGE-cluster pages (bridge-card application queue) and in pages covered by the deferred next-actions queue rows.
