Run summary

This is the eighth Phase 8 run since the v0c migration introduced wiki/claims.md. It is the second Phase 8 run within the Full Audit v1.5 run of 2026-05-05 (a subsequent full audit; the prior runs were 2026-04-25 Phases 0a–7 and the seven Phase 8 runs between 2026-04-27 and 2026-05-05). The trigger for this Phase 8 was the audit's PF7 thesis-architecture decision gate plus the seventh run's explicitly deferred cite-back queue (~17 pages) and Step 8.5 queue (7 HUB pages).

Operational mode: Claude Code session. The user adjudicated Option γ (α–δ split with explicit rewrite of α-content) at 2026-05-05; PF6 supported-promotion policy was: pre-authorize automatic non-δ supported promotions past 5-test, halt for δ-affected.   2. Step 8.9 cite-back (Ecb) — discharge the seventh-run's deferred queue (17 non-δ page targets) plus 1 entity stub (Beauvoir) plus 4 broken-slug refactors. Eγ's scope folded in 2 additional cite-backs on [[chiasm]] and [[indirect-ontology]] (rows 26, 28) since those pages were already in scope for δ rewrites.

  3. Per F's coverage matrix; the 3 HIGH-priority δ-affected pages (institution, fundamental-thought-in-art, ineinander) deferred until further architecture decisions propagate.

  4. Extraction-note Diagnostics + Pass 3 Part D claim candidates — none new this run. The seventh run discharged the candidate set from the post-2026-04-28 ingest cycle.

  5. wiki/motifs.md — Lead-helper applied 5 new entries + 3 weight-shifts at the post-Phase-7-initial step (separate from this Phase 8 run). No further motif work this run.

  6. Prior audit reports — Agent A2's Phase 7 initial pass (phase-7-initial-2026-05-05.md) consolidated B/C/D/F/G findings; Eγ/Ecb/E85 worked from that table.

γ-decision implementation (Eγ; 21 items)

The user's adjudication of Option γ (α–δ split with explicit rewrite of α-content) required:

  • Slug retirement (item 63): science-secrete-stiftung-chiasm (live → contested). Held at contested rather than retired because the four-element joint operation isn't false but under-evidenced in MP's published corpus per Agent A's structural-contradiction findings (architecture / coherent-deformation anchoring / joint-operation grammar). Counterpressure expanded to make the structural contradiction explicit; Status History 2026-05-05 entry names the user's γ adjudication, Agent A's three findings, and the successor-slug preservation. Entry preserved per CLAUDE.md retirement rule.

  • Successor slug creation (item 64): mp-painter-as-primary-witness-for-indirect-ontology (NEW; live; medium). The slug name preserved Agent A's provisional formulation as it cleanly captures the modest painter-side claim without four-element-synthesis vocabulary. Status live rather than candidate because the 3-test gate passes on the narrower content (well-anchored in E&M, Carbone 2015, Carbone 2004, Saint Aubert 2023; counterpressure includes δ's universality finding, the H_synth retirement, and the November 1960 V&I working note as one site rather than corpus pattern).

After γ-implementation, the wiki's surface-level H_synth/δ contradiction is resolved: each thesis holds its actual work without claiming work it does not do.

Per CLAUDE.md schema, Phase 7 has a post-Phase-8 confidence addendum because synthetic-layer assembly can change confidence values. For this run, the addendum is in wiki/.audit/phase-7-addendum-2026-05-05.md (Lead). Concept-page confidence ratings stayed unchanged across the run. The H_synth claim's confidence stays medium despite the contested status; the successor claim is created at medium.
