Phase 2 — Silent-Key Scan (2026-05-16)
Run framing. Fourteenth full audit, subsequent-run mode. Three new MP source ingests since 2026-05-09 close — SnS (2026-05-09), ILUL (2026-05-16), PbP (2026-05-16). Three parallel silent-key-scanner subagent invocations under Opus (one per source) returned three candidates each. Subagents reported their Write tool was unavailable and delivered verdicts inline; this report aggregates their findings.
Method. Each scanner read its source page, its extraction note (excluding the existing ## Silent Keys section to keep the scan independent), and sampled raw passages. Each applied the three-test gate (positional load? under-defined? not in motif tracker? wiki-coverage gap?) and emitted a triage recommendation (a: dedicated page / b: subsection / c: typed-connection upgrade / d: leave-as-is). Of the 9 candidates surfaced, 9 passed all three tests.

Calibration verdict
The 9-of-9 PASS rate (no false positives at the three-test gate) is consistent with the post-2026-04-25 protocol validation: silent-key scans on MP-primary sources reliably surface positional load-bearing terms. None of the three subagents identified candidates that turned out to be motif-tracker duplicates.
Two subagents (SnS, ILUL) explicitly noted the existing extraction-note Pass 3 Part C section was not perfectly aligned with what their independent scan found — i.e., the extraction-time silent-key articulation can miss some load-bearing terms that an audit-time second-pass surfaces. This is consistent with the original 2026-04-25 Eye and Mind / science secrète incident that motivated the silent-key protocol in the first place; the protocol's audit-time second-pass is doing real work.
