Phase 5 — Tier-1 Re-Ingest Triage (2026-06-07)
Mode: READ-ONLY triage. Execution (any re-ingest/backfill) deferred to a follow-up run; this report surfaces recommendations only.
Question: does any current Tier-1 source sit below workflow standard — i.e. lack the fourth-layer extraction-note depth now standard (Pass-3 adversarial Diagnostics, motif-weight scan, ## Silent Keys, Pass-3 Part D claim candidates), plus a substantive ## What's Not Obvious on the source page?
Headline verdict: No re-ingest required for any source. The 4 newest sources are fully at-standard (ingested under v0d.14). No older Tier-1 primary trips the Phase-5 re-ingest trigger (the trigger is absence of an extraction note / absence of Pass-3 adversarial diagnostics + motif-weight scan — the Knight/Chouraqui-2016 condition; every primary checked already has both). Two older notes (Signs, Prose of the World) have the lightest Pass-3 layer and are candidates for a cheap targeted Silent-Keys + Part-D backfill (the established 2026-05-09 layer-2-backfill mechanism), not a full re-ingest.
PRIMARY — the 4-source cohort (verify at-standard)
| Source | Recurring Motifs (weighted) | Silent Keys | Pass-3 Part D candidates | Diagnostics | WNO (source page) | RE-INGEST |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| husserl-1954-crisis | PRESENT — Part B corpus-level motif-weight scan, ~20 motifs at HUB/STRUCTURAL/BRIDGE + explicit "needs wiki upgrade" list | PRESENT — 3 (Stil, eigenständig, Walten) each with removal-test + triage; non-listing justified by motif-exclusion constraint | PRESENT — 3 cross-source, both-side-anchored (paradox→reversibility; Origin-of-Geometry→Stiftung valence; Galileo→objectivism); 2 recommended candidate-now | PRESENT — Part A whole-source, 5 prompts incl. weakest-points + unstated-question | PRESENT — 3 items, passage-anchored (§41 vs §§33-34; §9.h; App. VI) + wiki-linked | N |
| bergson-1907-creative-evolution | PRESENT — Part B motif-weight scan + per-location logs in Appendices A1/A2; cinematograph→HUB, "everything is given"→STRUCTURAL/HUB | PRESENT — 3 (l'absolu; l'ouvert/le fermé; simplicité) with removal-test + triage | PRESENT — 5 candidates; 2 flagged as intersecting deferred Husserl candidates (consolidate, not duplicate); 1 false-friend caution | PRESENT — Part A adversarial + Part B corpus scan | PRESENT — 3 items, passage-anchored (EC 305; EC 42-44; Ch.III) + wiki-linked | N |
| klossowski-1969-nietzsche-vicious-circle | PRESENT — 12 motifs, per-chapter raw locations + weight (hub/structural/theme) inline; "Motif-weight check: PASS" logged in Coverage Notes | PRESENT — 3 (résistance, épreuve, centre) with removal-test + triage | PRESENT — 3 candidates; #1 (ER-as-identity-dissolution) advances the open eternal-recurrence↔absolute-knowing bridge card | PRESENT — Part A, 5 prompts | PRESENT — 3 items, passage-anchored (Ch.5; Turin letters; Ch.6 épreuve) + wiki-linked | N |
| chouraqui-2025-europe-crisis-of-play | PRESENT — 4 motifs weighted (care/action HUB; play-as-dismembered-unity HUB; fetishism + found/made STRUCTURAL) with per-page locations; motif-weight scan folded into Diagnostics Part A | PRESENT — 2 (seriousness restricted/unrestricted; immanent) with removal-test + triage | PRESENT — 3 candidates with explicit verdicts (1 write-now, 1 defer-Phase-8, 1 re-routed to false-friend caution) | PRESENT — Part A, 5 prompts + dedicated motif-weight scan bullet | PRESENT — 3 items, passage-anchored (p.78 gesture; restricted/unrestricted; p.71) + wiki-linked | N |
Cohort verdict: all 4 at-standard. Full Pass-3 (A / motif-weight / Silent Keys / Part D) present; four-test gate logged PASS in each note; source-page WNO substantive (passage-anchored and wiki-connected in every item). Two notes (Klossowski, Chouraqui) carry the motif-weight scan inline / inside Diagnostics rather than under a separate "Part B" heading — a stylistic variant, not a gap (weights are corpus-recurrence judgments, not ToC structure). No action.
SECONDARY — older Tier-1 MP primaries (spot-check, 6 sampled)

| mp-1945-phenomenology-of-perception | PRESENT (A+B) | PRESENT | PRESENT (2026-04-25 blind pilot) | absent | N | — |

Why no re-ingest, despite the absences:
-
The Phase-5 re-ingest trigger is not met. Phase 5 re-ingests sources that lack an extraction note or lack Pass-3 adversarial diagnostics + motif-weight scan (the Knight 2024 / Chouraqui-2016-Order condition). Every primary checked already has both Part A adversarial diagnostics and a Part B motif-weight scan. The residual gaps are lighter than the gap that defines a re-ingest.
-
Part-D absence is an era artifact, already drained by Phase 8. These primaries predate the formal
## Claim Candidates (Pass 3 Part D)heading. Their synthetic contributions have nonetheless been harvested intoclaims.mdacross 16 Phase-8 runs (228 entries at run start). A re-ingest would re-derive claims the register already holds. -
The established remedy is a backfill, not a re-ingest. The 2026-05-09 layer-2-backfill operation appended formal Part-D sections to 5 under-mined notes (Sartre 1984, Alloa-Chouraqui-Kaushik 2019, Carbone 2019, Chouraqui-2016-Order, Chouraqui 2021) without re-ingesting. The same cheap mechanism covers Signs + Prose of the World if desired.
Optional follow-up (not Phase-5 scope, low priority): queue a targeted Silent-Keys + Part-D layer-2 backfill for mp-1964-signs and mp-1973-prose-of-the-world — the only two sampled notes missing both Silent Keys and Part D. Scope ≈ 1 light backfill pass over 2 notes; no source-page rewrite, no concept-page churn.
Out of scope (confirmed discharged)
- Knight 2024 (Merleau-Ponty and the Essence of Nature) — re-ingested 2026-04-25 (difficulty 3); extraction note present. Not re-flagged.
- Chouraqui 2016 (Order of the Earth) — re-ingested 2026-04-25 (difficulty 2); extraction note present + Part-D added in 2026-05-09 layer-2 backfill. Not re-flagged.
Both confirmed out of scope per AUDIT_PLAN pre-flight ground truth.
Disposition
- 4 new sources: at-standard. Discharge.
- Older Tier-1 primaries: no re-ingest. 6 sampled; all clear the Phase-5 trigger.
- Recommendation count for follow-up run: 0 re-ingests; 2 optional targeted backfills (Signs, Prose of the World).
