Ingest Wishlist (living)

Deprecated as a living queue (2026-06-26). Future-ingest status now lives in root NEXT.md under OPS-009. This file is preserved as historical input from the 2026-06-02 wishlist sweep. Verify every row against current raw/ and wiki/sources/ before acting.

The wiki's standing acquisition queue: books and articles whose ingest would unblock the most open questions, stuck candidate claims, or ingest-dependency holds. Living document — check items off as acquired/ingested; add freely. The derivation + General-Rule-16 verification notes for the current set live in the dated snapshot ingest-wishlist-2026-06-02.md (this file is the tracker; that file is the audit trail — same report→queue relationship as dated audit reports → next-actions.md).
