Consolidation run — 2026-07-14
First consolidation run (OPS-015; workflow v0d.24/25). Run branch:
claude/consolidate-cqyi3f (session-designated; serves as the date-keyed run
branch — same single-run, single-commit discipline). Worksheets:
consolidation-pregate-2026-07-14 · claim-retirement-queue-2026-07-14.
Digest sections follow the consolidate skill; the branch carries interim
wip: commits (pushed mid-run at the stop-hook's insistence — a branch-level
force-squash was declined by the permission layer), so single-commit
revertibility is delivered at merge: squash-merge PR #109, which lands the
whole run as exactly one commit on master.
Run scope (fixed at C0, rescoped once mid-run)
Register at C0: 303 entries — 23 supported, 144 live, 130 candidate, 1 contested, 5 retired.
- C1 (subtraction): nothing to apply. The retirement queue emitted 0
concrete-defect rows (
downgrade/retire/merge) at both the default 90d staleness window and the scaled 60d window (--staleness-days 60 --force, per the young-register note; oldest active-entry touch was 77d at C0). The 118 rows at 60d are allkeep/staleness and coincide with the pre-gate's oldest-first candidate ordering. - C2 (candidate triage): the run's substance — 30 oldest candidates.
Mid-run rescope (maintainer directive, usage budget): the skill-default
two-agent gate ran on the 12 multi-source candidates (the only ones that
can reach PROMOTE-LIVE) as 24 peer-isolated Opus agents (adjudicatory
profile per
.claude/environment-register.md: "Current Opus-tier or better"); the 18 single-source candidates were discharged mechanically as KEEP-with-condition — promotion is impossible for them under the single-source rule, and the concrete-defect scan (retirement queue) had returned 0 rows. One single-source candidate (valery-eventuel-mode) had already received both agent verdicts before the rescope; they were harvested and applied. - C3 (supported jury): empty — settle-clock artifact, diagnosed. The
pre-gate enumerates 0 supported-eligible live claims because
consolidation_pregate.py:last_activity()scans all dates in each Status History section — including the(lifecycle backfill 2026-07-11)markers appended to all 303 entries by the v0d.29 backfill — so every live claim reads "last activity 2026-07-11 (< 14d)". The backfill was metadata-only by design (General Rule 3), so this is a false unsettled reading; the queue script's leading-date parse shows true last touches of 66–77d across most of the live register. Transient: self-heals 2026-07-25. Deliberately not hand-overridden — the mechanical gate is the spec, and a too-tight gate fails safe. Durable fix routed to NEXT.md (OPS-015 note):last_activity()should ignore backfill-marker dates (parse leading line dates +Updated:only, as the retirement queue does). - C4: skipped. C2 at full batch (30 entries touched) is the run's edit budget. The speculate backlog (~21 v1.2-pilot + 33 run-1 survivors) and the ~82-row harvest reservoir remain queued.
- Parked ledger: bootstrapped this run (consolidation-parked, header only); nothing to unpark, nothing parked.
Status changes
None. 0 promotions, 0 retirements, 0 downgrades — so there is nothing requiring the per-change veto path this run. (The whole run remains revertible as one commit; a blanket veto is "revert the run commit".)
The gate arithmetic that produced zero: reviewers returned 6 PROMOTE / 4 HOLD / 2 REQUEST-REVISION on the 12 gated candidates, but the rival-reading refuter panel returned 12/12 REFUTED, and the C2 gate is default-deny (PROMOTE-LIVE requires 3-test PASS and refuter STANDS). Every objection was concrete and anchored; each now lives in its entry's Counterpressure, so the register is stronger where it was blocked.
KEEP outcomes (all 30; per-entry conditions in each Status History, 2026-07-14 line)
Gated (12) — reviewer verdict → refuter → outcome:
| Slug | Reviewer | Refuter | Blocked on |
|---|---|---|---|
| parergon-cezanne-mp-outlines-structural-parallel | REQUEST-REVISION (T2) | REFUTED | complementarity-not-convergence rival; untraceable MP quotation (Rule 16, verified) |
| portance-four-gestures-typology | HOLD (T1) | REFUTED | selection-not-typology rival; bullet-2 mischaracterization |
| faul-vansorge-corrective-convergence | PROMOTE | REFUTED | Faul is pre-corrective per the wiki's own extraction note (asymmetric extend-vs-correct) |
| cryptic-institution-extends-beith | HOLD (T2) | REFUTED | deflationary fourth-mode rival; Paper-A specifying-statement still missing; bullet-5 anchor doesn't exist as named (verified) |
| sb-ch3-contains-wild-structure-germ | PROMOTE | REFUTED | reactivation reading is Morris's own; "suppression" premise contradicted by SB raw 1360–1398 |
| convergence-thesis-prefigures-lateral-universality | HOLD (T2) | REFUTED | independent genealogy on the claim's own home; homes assert opposite grounding directions |
| h-and-t-anticipates-sartre-mp-rupture | PROMOTE | REFUTED | earlier register-internal rival (1945 antithetic critique); Koestler-foil deflation |
| earth-as-barbarous-principle-identification | PROMOTE | REFUTED | register inversion: anchors de-empiricize the Earth vs. the "quasi-empirical referent" move |
| a-priori-as-sol-thesis | PROMOTE | REFUTED (raw-confirmed) | Sinnesboden line is Husserl-exegesis (ground-of-sense); Umsturz splice |
| vortex-as-ratio-essendi-of-being | HOLD (T2) | REFUTED | flesh-primacy rival reads the same anchors without the inversion; effectively single-secondary-source |
| politics-of-distraction-thesis | PROMOTE (cond.) | REFUTED | awareness-vs-distraction valence flip; "legitimate" unwarranted by anchors |
| humanism-of-meaning-not-truth | REQUEST-REVISION | REFUTED | co-original meaning/truth rival; unargued cross-period scope; single-author base |
Single-source, mechanical KEEP (18): valery-eventuel-mode (full gate ran: reviewer 3-test PASS / HOLD + refuter REFUTED; raw-5074 rival added to Counterpressure) · conceptus-as-hollow-creux · art-as-absolute-replaces-religion-malraux-thesis · maldiney-as-first-articulator-of-reprise · faire-etre-vs-faire-exister-as-mp-sartre-axis · mp-marginalia-on-hegel-iv-prefigure-signe-poetique · ponge-as-major-1949-source-for-mp-epaisseur · mp-1960-archaeology-of-thought-pre-foucault · mp-anti-reductive-method-1935-origin · mp-1936-being-and-having-anti-cogito · metaphysics-as-nihilism-heidegger-thesis · nietzsche-descartes-deeper-than-opposition · justice-as-unheard-aletheia · aletheia-wahrheit-1964-self-correction · cybernetic-vollendung-1964-anchor · cave-paintings-as-liminal-encounter · mp-beauvoir-1949-convergence-on-gender · quantum-systems-exhibit-merleau-pontian-wild-structure — each with a would-promote condition naming the missing second source or the entry's own recorded gap.
Blocked promotions — where each objection now lives
All 13 refuter objections (12 gated + valery) were written into the
respective entries' ### Counterpressure / Limits as attributed bullets
(**C2 rival-reading refuter (consolidation 2026-07-14):** …), lightly
compressed with every file/line citation preserved. The parergon entry
additionally carries the reviewer's Test-2 defect bullet (untraceable
quotation, Rule 16).
Mechanical fixes applied (verified in-run before acceptance)
- Two page-range corrections (raw page-markers walked): Chouraqui Ch 10
is pp. 232–251, so
politics-of-distraction-thesisbullet 1 (was pp. 197–203, 211–215) andhumanism-of-meaning-not-truthbullet 1 (was pp. 197–203 → pp. 232–236 and 244) were corrected in place with a correction note. - Two inline claim-label cite-back syncs (gate-ledger-approved class):
[[claims#h-and-t-anticipates-sartre-mp-rupture]]was cited as "existing live" inside two other entries (sartre-1961-acknowledgment context, line ~5781; sartre-childhood-as-philosophical-genealogy, line ~6595) though it has only ever been candidate — both now read "(candidate)". - Reviewer absence-claims policy honored: every source-absence / quote-absence / mis-citation claim used in adjudication was re-verified by main-thread grep before acceptance (parergon quotation; cryptic bullet-5 section name + "science secrète" absence; both page ranges).
Post-review Rule-16 evidence repairs (same run — PR #109 final-commit review)
The close-out review correctly noted that four verified-bad anchors were flagged in Counterpressure/Status History but left presenting as support in their Evidence bullets. Repaired in place (repair-or-mark, never silent deletion; each carries a dated correction note):
cryptic-institution-extends-beithbullet 5 — anchor re-based from the nonexistent extraction-note section to a direct raw-source absence check (zero "science secr"/"secret" occurrences in the raw Faul paper, main-thread grep).parergon-cezanne-mp-outlines-structural-parallelbullet 2 — the untraceable MP quotation dropped from Evidence (it remains quoted verbatim in Counterpressure as the failed item); the verified structural point retained with a pending Rule-18 marker.portance-four-gestures-typologybullet 2 — "narrows the 2021 treatment" corrected to the coordinate-different-typologies relation the extraction notes actually record.convergence-thesis-prefigures-lateral-universalitybullets 3–4 — marked Anchor pending (Rule 16): they name where support would come from, not support in hand.
Plus one ledger sync: NEXT.md's State Snapshot still said "no runs yet" for OPS-015 — synced to run-1-done.
Batch-cursor rule (adopted this run — PR #109 review P2-A)
consolidation_pregate.py selects the C2 batch by the Updated: field, so a
triage decision that does not bump Updated: would recycle its entry into
every subsequent oldest-30 batch. Rule adopted: every C2-triaged entry gets
Updated: {run date} (KEEP included) — the triage decision is a real
adjudication event, and Updated: is the queue cursor. Recorded here so
future runs apply it uniformly; a schema-level clarification of General Rule 3
(triage notes vs. metadata-only backfills) can ratify it durably.
Parked items
None. The one borderline case (C3's settle-clock artifact) is a diagnosed tooling fix, not an adjudication — routed to NEXT.md, not parked.
Caps consumed
- C1 status changes: 0 of ≤15 (no concrete-defect rows)
- C2 batch: 30 of 30 (12 gated + 18 mechanical KEEP; 0 promoted, 0 retired)
- C3 supported promotions: 0 of ≤5 (gate empty — settle-clock artifact)
- C4 batches: 0 of ≤1 (skipped; budget)
Remaining backlog (re-trigger condition)
The pre-gate is not dry: 100 candidates remain untriaged (oldest-first
continues next run); 144 live claims re-enter supported-eligibility screening
from 2026-07-25 (or earlier if the last_activity() fix lands); the
speculate-survivor and harvest-reservoir batches await a run with C4 budget.
Next trigger: another /consolidate (user-triggered, per v0d.24).

Veto protocol
No status changes occurred, so there is no per-slug demotion path to list. Everything else in the run (KEEP lines, Counterpressure additions, mechanical fixes) is vetoable as ordinary maintainer edits: name the item and it is reverted; a blanket veto is "revert the run commit".
