The drift the review surfaces is everywhere of the same shape: post-2026-05-05 ingest pressure has accumulated faster than the existing maintenance disciplines fold back into prior structures. Five supported claims have Counterpressure that does not yet absorb the new ingests; 15 of the top-30 HUB concept pages lack optional sections that would make them stand-alone-readable for cold readers; one STRUCTURAL/BRIDGE motif (Stimmung) attested across four sources still has no wiki home; one secondary-source citation (Roney, Research in Phenomenology 9.3 [2009]) cannot be traced to any extraction note and matches the known Faul fabrication pattern; AUDIT_PLAN.md still bears its 2026-05-05 v1.5 header despite functioning as a multi-cycle executive record. These are all mechanically fixable, but the pattern justifies a v1.6 protocol addition: an explicit post-ingest-wave sweep-back discipline that schedules CP-refresh on existing supported claims, optional-section backfill on HUB pages, and motif-candidate propagation as triggered work, not opportunistic work.

Specifically: SA-2006 underlies two of these; Madison 1981's painter-as-voices-of-silence reading (Ch II §III) is direct new evidence for mp-painter-as-primary-witness; PbP's six déformation-cohérente attestations strengthen coherent-deformation-universal-operative-form enough to consider medium → high.   2. Roney citation fabrication risk (T3 §"Fabrication-risk red flags") — wiki/concepts/seinsverlassenheit-abandonment-of-being.md Key Points cites Roney, "Evil and the Experience of Freedom," Research in Phenomenology 9.3 (2009): 374–400. The citation appears in neither the page's only declared source (Morin 2022) nor the Schelling Freedom Essay extraction note (2026-05-23). The journal is real, the volume/year/page format is plausible, the author-topic fit is plausible — this is the exact Faul-pattern that motivated General Rule 16. Resolvable in ~30 seconds with a JSTOR check by the maintainer. Severity P2. Evidence: citation-drift.md lines 189, 201.

  3. Stimmung / Grundstimmung STRUCTURAL/BRIDGE motif has no wiki home (T2 §B/Findings #1) — four sources contribute (Heidegger Nietzsche I + II, MP Humanism and Terror 1947, Heidegger GA 11 Was ist Philosophie?).   • overview.md does not name the wiki's philosophical domain (Merleau-Ponty, Heidegger, Hegel, French phenomenology, German Idealism). A new reader cannot tell the wiki's subject matter from its landing page. P2. Recommended: add a 2–3 sentence orientation paragraph + a "Start here: institution, chiasm, indirect-ontology" line.
  • index.md opens with ~650 lines of HTML operational-history comments before the counts line and section tables. Reader-hostile in non-Obsidian views. P3. Move the HTML block to the bottom or to a separate index-history.md.
  • index.md Concepts section is not fully alphabetically sorted after the 2026-05-21 Hegel WdL batch ingest (a self-noted operational comment flags this; resolution was deferred). P3. Re-sort.

Architectural debt (P2/P3):

Open questions for user adjudication

  1. Roney citation. Does Roney, "Evil and the Experience of Freedom," Research in Phenomenology 9.3 (2009): 374–400 exist? If yes, where is it sourced from and should it be ingested? If no, the citation must be removed from seinsverlassenheit-abandonment-of-being.md.

  2. Paper A path build-gate disagreement. PRs #32 + #33 are reported merged 2026-05-18; the gate says the route is absent. Stale build artifact, or post-merge regression? (A fresh python3 scripts/build_site.py will distinguish these.)

  3. thesis-central: schema-vs-practice gap. Populate the field on ~10 canonical thesis-central pages, or rewrite the CLAUDE.md trigger text to name the proxy mechanism? Both are sound resolutions; the choice is a maintainer preference.

  4. Phase 8 CP-refresh on supported claims. The 5–6 stale-CP supported claims need refresh. Authorize a CP-refresh-only Phase 8 run? Or fold into the next ingest-driven Phase 8? (The former scopes cleanly; the latter is more contextual but slower.)

  5. Phase 8 promotion-review for the 4 live→supported candidates. Each HALTS for user adjudication under the durable rule. Pre-authorize the next run for these specific 4 slugs only, or hold them until each promotion can be adjudicated independently?

  6. AUDIT_PLAN.md v1.6 promotion authorization. Schema-changelog-grade edit; proceed when ready.

  7. stimmung page creation. Stub now (filling the most severe trail-break) or queue for the next Heidegger-adjacent ingest? T2's recommendation is "stub now"; the maintainer call is whether to interleave it with the CP-refresh work.

  8. Weave Pass 3 dedicated invocation for the 4 Latent-Adjacent bridge cards. Schedule a weave Pass 3 run with structural-isomorphism-scanner properly enabled (i.e., not the manual triple-extraction T4 had to fall back on)? Routes the 4 cards through the sign-off skill afterwards.

Verification

Per the plan's L5 gate:

  • ✅ Both deliverable files present (this file + the backlog).
  • ✅ Lint baseline still PASS (re-confirmable via lint-mechanical.py --root wiki --json | check_lint_baseline.py).
  • ✅ All 5 teammate files end with STATUS: DONE markers.
  • ✅ No mutations to wiki content outside the allowed comprehensive-review-2026-05-23* paths (confirmable via git diff --name-only -- wiki ':!wiki/.audit/comprehensive-review-2026-05-23*').

Limitations disclosed:

  • T4 could not spawn the planned 20 claim-promotion-reviewer and 8–10 structural-isomorphism-scanner subagent invocations — the spawning tool was not available in the teammate-context tool environment. T4 substituted manual triple-extraction and gate-checks. The 4 candidate→live and 4 live→supported promotion recommendations and 4 Latent-Adjacent bridge-card verdicts are marked provisional and should be subagent-verified before any final Phase 8 status change.
  • T3's explicit-verdict count (33) is lower than the planned sample size (65) because anchors from the same supported claim were batched into a single verdict where the first anchor was determinative. The PASS/UNCERTAIN/FAIL distribution and the 19/19 supported-claim primary-anchor PASS hold across the full sample.
  • T5's top-30 HUB ranking is deterministic by the documented procedure but the secondary key (Wiki-home counts in claims.md Summary table) was estimated by inspection rather than exact regex match. Order may shift by ±2 ranks within the top-30; the missing-optional-sections finding holds independently of exact ranking.
