Evidence: salience-and-synthesis.md lines 189, 193, 196, 197, 294–301, 388–391. Per-claim rubric: each has high confidence + 3+ convergent sources + sharp contestability + structurally distinctive payoff + Counterpressure already documenting the strongest objection.
Recommended fix: Phase 8 promotion-review (5-test gate). Promotion to supported HALTS for user adjudication per CLAUDE.md durable rule. Pre-spawn claim-promotion-reviewer subagent for independent gate verification — T4 had to perform this manually; the planned subagent pass is the conservative path before user-facing HALT.

Affected: claims.md#mp-painting-account-too-presence-bound (live; created in the Sartre-1961-corrective register).
Evidence: salience-and-synthesis.md line 202. Madison 1981 Ch II "The Voices of Silence" reads MP's painting essays as voicing the silent invisible, which directly cuts against the "too-presence-bound" framing.
Recommended fix: Phase 8 CP iteration. Either fold Madison's reading as fresh Counterpressure (the claim survives as live with stronger counterpressure framing) or downgrade if the framing becomes structurally indefensible.
Acceptance criteria: CP block on the claim entry names Madison 1981 Ch II §III and either restates the claim against this evidence or marks it contested.

CR-004 — `schelling-mp-asymmetric-bi-directionality` missing the Schelling-1809 third token

Affected: claims.md#schelling-mp-asymmetric-bi-directionality (live, 2026-04-29) — currently anchored to 1800 System + 1850 Quelle; the 1809 Freedom Essay third Schelling-side token (asymmetric ground/existence bi-directionality in raw 1620 promiscuité-style register) is not folded in.
Evidence: salience-and-synthesis.md line 206. The candidate schelling-asymmetric-bi-directional-ground-existence-as-middle-token (2026-05-23) is essentially the extension; CR-004 and that candidate point to the same evidence integration.
Recommended fix: Phase 8 either (a) integrate the 1809 token into the existing live claim's Evidence + Status History (preferred — keeps the asymmetric-bi-directionality thesis unified) or (b) promote the candidate to live and explicitly link as an evidence extension of the parent.

Evidence: salience-and-synthesis.md line 219. The candidate's four-page wiki-homes overlap heavily with the supported claim's territory; the synthesis seam (recognition-institution unity via the hermeneutic-circle figure) may be a sub-thesis of the supported claim rather than an independent claim.
Recommended fix: Phase 8 decide: merge the candidate's payoff into the supported claim's Stakes/Payoff, or sharpen the candidate's distinctive contribution (the hermeneutic-circle-figure work; recognition-institution unity beyond what revolution-and-institution-share-mise-en-question already claims).
Acceptance criteria: Either the candidate is retired with reasoning citing the merge, or its Wiki-homes are narrowed to exclude the four overlapping pages and its Claim text is sharpened to name a distinctive contribution.

CR-006 — Paper A `/paper-a/path/` build-gate failure

Affected: scripts/check_public_site.py build exits 5; build/paper-a/path/index.html absent; build/data/paper-a-path.json absent; Paper A hub does not link to /paper-a/path/.
Evidence: lint-schema-recon.md lines 75–77. PRs #32 + #33 reported merged 2026-05-18 per next-actions.md row 35; disagreement between gate and operational log requires investigation.
Recommended fix: Run a fresh python3 scripts/build_site.py and re-run the gate. If gate passes, the prior build was stale and no further action needed. If gate still fails, root-cause build_site.py — likely an output-path or routing regression introduced after PRs #32+#33 merged.
Acceptance criteria: scripts/check_public_site.py build exits 0 OR the regression is identified, fixed, and recorded in fix-plan-2026-05-17.md close-out + AUDIT_PLAN.md v1.6 integrity-gate section.

Recommended fix: Run npx pagefind --site build (or equivalent build step) to generate index assets. Add Pagefind generation as a build-step requirement in scripts/build_site.py (set pagefind_enabled = not skip_pagefind discovery to pre-flight rather than post-render, so the failure surfaces before the gate).
Acceptance criteria: build/pagefind/ directory present with all three core assets; scripts/check_public_site.py build no longer reports the Pagefind-absent failure.

Affected: claims.md#lawlor-mp-chiasm-as-point-of-diffraction-of-sixties-french (candidate, 2026-05-23).
Evidence: salience-and-synthesis.md line 217. The "point of diffraction" thesis depends on Lawlor 2003 as single-source-secondary; promotion to live is structurally difficult without a corroborating Foucault-side reading.
Recommended fix: Hold at candidate per existing gating; surface explicitly as gap-candidate; needs-second-secondary-anchor in the next Phase 8 walk. Possible second anchors: Macherey's Hegel or Spinoza; Beistegui's Truth and Genesis; any explicit Foucault-secondary reading of Naissance de la clinique's diffraction structure.
Acceptance criteria: Candidate's Counterpressure block explicitly names the single-source-secondary structural difficulty and the second-anchor candidates; status remains candidate.

CR-009 — Two deferred supported promotions stuck at live with documented Test 4/Test 5 weaknesses

Affected: claims.md#faul-institutional-camp, claims.md#mp-1942-already-prefigures-late-sedimentation.
Evidence: lint-schema-recon.md finding-row "P2" on these two (lines 226 of the executive review's expansion + synthetic-layer-2026-05-09-deferred-supported-promotions.md §"per-slug review"). Both have been held at live since the 2026-05-09 δ-discharge run with documented gate failures, untouched for 14 days.
Recommended fix: At the next Phase 8 run with pre-authorization, explicitly re-evaluate against the documented Test 4/Test 5 failures. If the tests still fail, add Phase 8.6 retirement-queue entries rather than leaving in limbo. If new evidence (from the post-2026-05-05 ingest wave) shifts the gate, document the rationale.
Acceptance criteria: Each of the 2 slugs has either (a) promotion to supported with the gate failure resolved in Status History, (b) explicit hold with re-documented Test failure, or (c) Phase 8.6 retirement-queue entry.

CR-010 — Roney citation fabrication risk

Affected: wiki/concepts/seinsverlassenheit-abandonment-of-being.md Key Points.
Evidence: citation-drift.md lines 189, 201. Roney, "Evil and the Experience of Freedom," Research in Phenomenology 9.3 [2009]: 374–400 not in any extraction note or source page; the page's only declared source (Morin 2022) does not contain this citation; the Schelling Freedom Essay extraction note (2026-05-23) does not contain it either. Pattern matches the known Faul fabrication.
Fix: User verification (JSTOR check). If real, add the traceable chain (ingest or document source). If not, remove citation; reframe page's Key Point with paraphrase + confidence: speculative framing on that bullet.

CR-011 — `Stimmung / Grundstimmung` STRUCTURAL/BRIDGE motif has no wiki home

Affected: Motif heading "Stimmung / Grundstimmung" in wiki/motifs.md. No stimmung.md concept page exists.
Evidence: source-integration.md lines 176, 239, 285. Four sources attest: Heidegger Nietzsche I + Nietzsche II + MP Humanism and Terror 1947 + Heidegger GA 11 (Was ist Philosophie?). motifs.md itself records "no stimmung page or section currently exists." GA 11 adds Stimmung-as-arche + three-Stimmungen typology, elevating beyond a subsection note.
Fix: Create wiki/concepts/stimmung.md stub with H&T 1947 + Nietzsche I/II + GA 11 attestation backbone; update motifs.md Wiki homes field; add subsection or typed connection on the four source pages.

Evidence: reader-path.md lines 122–160. Each is a HUB-weight concept page (rank 1–30) without ## What the Concept Does, ## What It Rejects, ## Stakes, ## Problem-Space, or ## Motif Weight & Corpus Recurrence. institution (rank 1, 58 motif attestations, 45 wiki-home appearances) is the most consequential single page.
Fix: Phase 8 Step 8.5 sweep, priority order: institution first → Schelling/Madison cluster (barbarian-principle, tacit-cogito, empietement) → politics-mp (severely thin at 83 lines for 13 wiki-home count) → others. Add WCD + Stakes at minimum; MW where motif entry exists.
Acceptance: Each page has at least WCD and Stakes; the 4 already-listed-MW pages (per T5) gain WR/PS coverage.
Confidence: high (T5's coverage check is exhaustive across the top 30).

Evidence: salience-and-synthesis.md lines 337–372. Each survives the rejection-substitute-grounding triple test as Latent-Adjacent (axes i+ii align cross-tradition; axis iii grounding diverges registrally — v0d.9's signature). Apollo-Dionysus ↔ ground-existence pair needs false-friend-risk handling per the maintainer-memory WdM n.798 ≠ Phenomenology §798 incident.
Fix: Dedicated weave Pass 3 invocation with structural-isomorphism-scanner subagent properly enabled. Produce candidate bridge cards at Status: proposed. Route through bridge-card-signoff skill afterwards. The Apollo-Dionysus pair gets the false-friend-risk note explicitly.
