Audit Synthesis Report — 2026-05-05

This is the synthesis report for the Full Audit v1.5 run of 2026-05-05 — a subsequent full audit (post-2026-04-25 baseline; following seven Phase 8 runs between 2026-04-27 and 2026-05-05). The run answered seven questions; this report names the answers, points to the evidence in the per-phase reports, and queues what remains.

1. Current thesis architecture — what changed and why

Decision: Option γ — α–δ split with explicit rewrite of α-content. Adjudicated by user 2026-05-05 at the PF7 thesis-architecture decision gate.

What changed:

The slug science-secrete-stiftung-chiasm (formerly live, medium confidence) is now contested. The four-element-mutual-conditioning content is held under contested status because Agent A's structural-contradiction findings showed the joint operation is under-evidenced in MP's published text (not false; merely without published-corpus attestation of co-deployment). Status History documents the user's adjudication.
A new claim mp-painter-as-primary-witness-for-indirect-ontology (created at live, medium) preserves the painter-side specificity that survives δ. It claims painting in particular is the primary witness for indirect ontology, without claiming the four-element synthesis structure.
δ (coherent-deformation-universal-operative-form, supported, medium) stays supported. Its Payoff section was expanded to acknowledge the architectural reframing it has effected; the claim text itself is unchanged.
8 δ-affected concept pages were rewritten on H_synth-affected sections to align with γ. The wiki no longer says both H_synth and δ in overlapping sections.

Why: Agent A's thesis-coherence memo (thesis-coherence-2026-05-05.md) identified three specific propositions on which H_synth and δ structurally contradict — architecture (4-element synthesis vs 3-tier expressive cluster), where coherent deformation anchors (painterly-specific vs universal operative form), and whether the chiasm + Stiftung joint-operation grammar is in MP's published text. δ's adoption to supported at the sixth Phase 8 run had already pressured H_synth's status; the wiki was operationally signaling both. The user's γ decision resolves the contradiction by keeping each thesis's actual work without claiming work it does not do.

Promoted candidate→live: 0 this run. The seventh run discharged the eligible candidates from the post-2026-04-28 ingest cycle.

Promoted to supported: 0 non-δ this run. 9 δ-affected supported HALTs recorded per PF6 (binding) — these may not be promoted to supported until γ-decision propagation completes.

3. Thesis-central pages now upgraded

The wiki's surface-level H_synth/δ contradiction is resolved.

5. Citation risks remaining after sampling

Per Agent C's Phase 6 sweep: 25 random sample, 22 ✓ / 3 medium FLAGs / 0 fabrications. Pass rate 88%. All 6 supported claims clean under Rule 18. Faul / "Painter's Courage" / JBSP 55:2 / 2024 fabrication pattern: clean across concept / source / entity / question pages.

Lead applied 1 of the 3 FLAGs ([[ambiguity-vs-ambivalence]] Saint Aubert 2013 reframing). The other 2 FLAGs cluster on: 1 stale slug on [[realist-thought]] (Lead applied as item 19 — slug fix); the borderline cases on entities/caleb-faul.md (Faul caution) and saintaubert-2023-etre-et-chair.md:588 (Saint Aubert 2006 unmediated content claim) are deferred as low-priority Lead reframes.

Sample bias acknowledgment (R3): the biased sample (post-2026-04-28 frontier + audit-produced pages from Phase 8 runs 2–7) is evidence of low fabrication concentration in the sampled regions; it does not certify the unsampled portion of the wiki.

Remaining citation risks:

The schema-changelog file-location discrepancy (CLAUDE.md says wiki/, file at root) is a documentation drift, not a citation risk. Defer to user adjudication.
7 broken/stale slug references discharged in Phase 8 (Step 8.9 cite-back) by promote-or-refactor (defaulted to refactor for all).
